牛膝酒炙前后增强免疫作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较牛膝饮片酒炙前后的免疫作用。方法:用环磷酰胺造成小鼠免疫抑制模型,测定牛膝生品、酒炙品饮片对小鼠胸腺重量、脾脏重量、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数、溶血素、溶血斑以及淋巴细胞转化率的影响。结果:牛膝生品饮片、酒炙饮片均能提高环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型小鼠胸腺质量、脾脏质量、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数,促进溶血素、溶血斑形成,提高淋巴细胞转化率,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。牛膝酒炙后对小鼠的免疫作用稍强于生品。结论:牛膝生品、酒炙品均能提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能,临床用于提高免疫功能宜用牛膝酒炙品。Objective： To compare the immune function before and after Achyranthis bidentatae Radix stir-fried with wine.Methods： The immunosuppressive model was established with injecting cyclophosphamide in abdomen.To compare the effect of the mice＇s thymus weight,spleen weight,phagocytosis percentage,phagocytic index,hemolysin,hemolysis plaque and lymphocyte transformation rate between Achyranthis health products＇ Decoction Pieces and Achyranthis Decoction Pieces processed with wine.Results： Achyranthis health products and products processed with wine all can improve spleen weight,phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index,promote the formation of hemolysin and hemolytic plaque,and increase the rate of lymphocyte transformation.Compared with model group,there was significant difference（P0.01,P0.05）.After Achyranthis bidentata Radix sunburning with wine,its immune function is slightly stronger than health products.Conclusion： Achyranthis health products and stir-frying with wine products all can improve the immunosuppressed mice immune function,and it is best to use wine sunburned Achyranthis＇ Decoction Pieces in improving the immunity in clinic.
