摘　　要：中医的精髓在于辨证论治,要提高辨证论治水平则需要对古代名家学术思想进行挖掘。文章试从慢性心力衰竭的病位、病因病机及益气升阳法所达到的功效来论述李杲益气升阳法对慢性心力衰竭的治疗作用,以期为临床医师提供理论依据,提高其辨证论治水平。The essence of traditional Chinese medicine is the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,to improve the level of which,we should dig out the academic thought in ancient.This article tried to discuss LI Gao,s reinforcing Qi and elevating Yang therapy on prevention of chronic heart failure in terms of disease location,disease pathogenesis and the effect achieved by reinforcing Qi and elevating Yang therapy,in order to provide the theoretical basis for clinical workers,improve the efficacy and level of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
