八角茴香药材质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:制定八角茴香的质量标准,为药用植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用定性鉴定方法和含量测定技术开展八角茴香药材质量标准研究。结果:对10个不同产地八角茴香的浸出物、总灰分和酸不溶灰分进行了测定;同时对其活性成分莽草酸和山柰酚进行了薄层定性鉴别,并对莽草酸进行了HPLC定量研究。结论:研究所得方法简便,准确,可有效控制八角茴香药材的质量。Objective： To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Illiciun verum by setting up the quality control specification.Method： The extract of I.verum was examined,ash was determined,and the bioactive constituents were analyzed by TLC and a HPLC analysis was applied for quatitative determination of shikimic acid.Result： Content of extract,total ash,and acid-insoluble ash of 10 samples from different habitats were determined.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of shikimic acid and kaempfetol by TLC and HPLC were also preformed respectively.Conclusion： The established method can be used for the quality control of Illiciun verum.
