摘 要:目的:探讨冠心病中医证型与大内皮素(Big ET-1)及N末端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)之间的相关性。方法:将405例冠心病患者按中医辨证为气虚、阴虚、阳虚、气滞、血瘀、寒凝、痰浊7个证型,检测其血浆BigET-1和NT-proBNP水平,并进行比较。结果:血瘀及兼证、非血瘀证两组比较,Big ET-1差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳虚及兼证、非阳虚证两组比较,寒凝及兼证、非寒凝证两组比较,NT-proBNP差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心病不同西医分型比较,NT-proBNP差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血瘀证可能和Big ET-1相关,阳虚证、寒凝证可能和NT-proBNP相关,Big ET-1、NT-proBNP可能作为冠心病辨证分型的客观指标。Objective: To explore the relativity between TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease(CHD) and the plasma concentration of big endothelin-1(Big ET-1),N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP).Methods: 405 CHD patients were divided into 7 TCM syndromes,Qi deficiency syndrome(QDS),Yang asthenia syndrome(YAS),Yin deficiency syndrome(YDS),Qi stagnation syndrome(QSS),cold coagulation syndrome(CCS),blood stasis syndrome(BSS) and phlegm-turbid syndrome(PTS),and the plasma concentrations of Big ET-1 and NT-proBNP were measured and compared.Results: Differences of NT-proBNP have statistics significance in comparison between BSS and accompanied syndromes and non-BSS(P0.05);Differences of Big ET-1 had statistics significance in comparison between YAS and accompanied syndromes and non-YAS(P0.05),and between CCS and accompanied syndromes and non-CCS(P0.05).Conclusion: BSS possibly had a relationship with Big ET-1,YAS and CCS were possibly correlation with NT-proBNP,Big ET-1 and NT-proBNP possibly were biochemistry material base of different TCM syndromes of CHD.
