摘  要:目的:明确三黄散瘀巴布剂对急性软组织损伤模型大鼠的治疗作用,并探讨其作用机理。方法:以重物锤击法制备SD大鼠急性软组织损伤动物模型,分组贴敷给药,每日换药1次,给药4d,进行组织病理学和炎性介质的测定,观察三黄散瘀巴布剂对急性软组织损伤大鼠的治疗作用。结果:与模型对照组和基质对照组比较,三黄散瘀巴布剂低、中、高剂量组和青鹏膏对照组、扶他林对照组均可降低损伤局部组织的前列腺素E2(PGE2)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的含量,治疗组与对照组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:三黄散瘀巴布剂对急性软组织损伤SD模型大鼠具有良好的治疗和修复作用,其作用可能与降低损伤局部组织中PGE2和IL-1β含量有关。Objective: To investigate the effects of Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm on the soft tissue injury of SD rats and discuss the mechanism of the treatment of acute soft tissue injury.Methods: Establish animal model of acute soft tissue injury in SD rats by heavy object hammering.The animals were divided into different groups and sticked by different drugs.The drugs were changed once every day,observed the effects of Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm on acute soft tissue injury of rats by histopathology and determination of inflammatory mediators after four days.Results: Compared with the matrix and the model group,all the Qing Peng Ointment group,Voltaren control group,Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm low,medium and high dose groups could decrease prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in the tissue,there was significant differences between the treatment groups and control groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm has good effects on animal models of acute soft tissue injury,it also can shorten the treatment time of acute soft tissue injury,the effect may relate to the reduction of IL-1β on PGE2 in the tissue.
