摘 要:选取耐低温弱光性不同的4份黄瓜材料9504、9507、9506、9517,按Griffing方法Ⅱ配制完全双列杂交组合,对亲本及F1进行低温弱光处理,每天光照处理7.5 h,强度为30μmol.m-2.s-1,约合200 0 lx,白天12℃,晚上8℃,共处理14 d.调查耐寒性、净光合速率、蒸腾速率率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、叶绿素含量,研究遗传规律,并估算遗传参数.结果表明上述指标的遗传符合加性-显性模型.广义遗传力分别达82.133%、87%、97.297%、60.335%、72.045%、91.683%,狭义遗传力达73.170%、33.333%、27.027%、59.777%、21.489%、59.960%,相关分析及通径分析表明净光合速率与耐寒性关系密切,胞间CO2浓度与耐寒性关系较为复杂.Abstract: According to the Griffing method II, 4 materials 9504,9507,9506,9517 which are in different tolerance of low temperature to configure completely diall hybrid combination are selected. The parents and F1 are carried on low-temperature treatment of given 12/8℃ in day/night, with 7.5 hours everyday by the light intensity of 30μmol·m^-2·s^-1for 14 days. Sex characters, such as the chilling tolerance index, net photos synthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and Chl contente are investigated. The genetic rule of characters is researched, and the genetic parameter is estimated. The results indicate that the above index accord to additive-dominant model. Broad heritabilities are 82. 133%, 87%, 97.297%, 60. 335%, 72. 045% and 91. 683%, respectively. Narrow heritabilities are 73. 170%, 33. 333%, 27.027%, 59. 777%, 21. 489%, 59. 960%, respectively. Correlation analysis and pathway analysis indicate that the relationship of chilling tolerance and Pn are osculation, the relationship of chilling tolerance and Ci are complex.
