摘　　要：在传统的高压脉冲稳弧的基础上,研制了一款新型电流脉冲式方波焊机维弧装置。该装置采用精密电流采样判断法代替传统的电压采样法,使电流过零点判断准确。试验证明,该维弧装置具有硬件设计简单可靠,控制方便,成本低等特点。A new type of current pulse maintaining arc device based on the traditional maintaining arc of high voltage pulse within square-wave welder is developed. The device employs precision current sampling method instead of conventional voltage sampling, to ensure the accuracy of current zero-crossing. Tests show that the maintaining arc device with hardware design is simple, reliable, convenient controlled and has low cost.
