摘 要:[目的]探讨蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis hybrid)繁殖技术研究进展对其规模化发展的影响。[方法]提取了当前蝴蝶兰繁殖技术的3个主要渠道,并从繁殖技术的难易、成功率等方面进行对比。[结果]种子胚培养、丛生芽诱导途径和原球茎诱导分化途径是实现蝴蝶兰工厂化生产的3个主要渠道,其繁殖技术方面还存在一定的瓶颈,如丛生芽发生增殖技术的重现性和稳定性及原球茎诱导稳定性不足等。虽然胚培养技术较成熟,但有报道称胚培养所得的后代表现参差不齐,亲代优良性状的遗传稳定性不足,加之组织培养过程中褐化问题不能够得到有效控制等因素,使我国蝴蝶兰工厂化生产的道路变得较曲折。[结论]欲实现蝴蝶兰的规模化发展,其繁殖技术还存在一定的瓶颈。[Objective] The aim was to study effects of research progress of propagating technology of P.hybrid on its mass production.[Method] Three approaches of propagating P.hybrid were extracted,and were compared from difficulty degree of propagation technology and its success rate and so on.[Result] Three main ways of realizing P.hybrid factory production were embryo cultivation of seeds,cluster buds inducing way,and protocorm inducing and differentiation way.P.hybrid propagating technology had some bottlenecks such as shortage of repeatability and stability of cluster buds inducing and proliferation technology and stability of protocorm inducing and so on.Although the embryo culture technology was better mature,some studies said the performances of the later generations bred by embryo cultivation was uneven,and the genetic stability of parental generations good characters,otherwise,the problem of browning during tissue culture was not controlled,so the way of P.hybrid factory production was winding.[Conclusion] There were many bottlenecks in making P.hybrid mass production.
