摘 要:[目的]比较不同类群植物叶片绿色度(SPAD值)和叶绿素含量,分析其相关性,以期了解各类植物对环境的特殊适应性。[方法]利用SPAD-502叶绿素计和分光光度计分别测定广州大学校园50种常见植物的SPAD值以及叶绿素含量。[结果]13种豆目植物和4种夹竹桃科植物叶片SPAD值均在0.05水平显著高于总体平均值;豆目植物中,云实科植物叶片SPAD值和叶绿素含量普遍高于蝶形花科和含羞草科植物的相关值。6种外来植物叶片SPAD值在0.05水平显著低于总体平均值,而叶绿素a/b以及叶绿素含量则低于总体平均值,但差异不显著。[结论]50种植物叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量的最佳相关函数为多项式函数。[Objective] Leaf SPAD and chlorophyll contents of different plant taxon were compared to reveal the relationship between them and some special adaption for these plants to their own habitats.[Method] By using chlorophyll meter of SPAD-502 and ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer,SPAD and chlorophyll contents of 50 plant species in Guangzhou University campus were determined.[Result] The leaves of Leguminales and Apocynaceae species had a significant higher level of SPAD than that of total mean value for all 50 species.Leaves of Caesalpiniaceae species had a higher SPAD and chlorophyll content than that of Mimosaceae and Papilionaceae.The average SPAD of 6 alien plant species were lower significantly at 0.05 level than that of total mean value.Chlorophyll contents and the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b of 6 alien plant species were lower in general,but there were no significant difference between them.[Conclusion] The best correlate function between SPAD and chlorophyll contents of leaves was multinomial function model.
