摘  要:[目的]探讨在不同施氮量和种植密度处理下大豆籽粒可溶性糖含量的动态变化。[方法]选取高产大豆品种新大豆1号、石大豆1号和黑农40,设A1(不施氮)、A2(施纯氮180 kg/hm2)、A3(施纯氮360 kg/hm2)和C1(15万株/hm2)、C2(30万株/hm2)等处理,利用蒽酮法测定籽粒的可溶性糖含量。[结果]不同大豆品种籽粒可溶性糖含量均表现为先上升后下降的趋势;各层次籽粒可溶性糖含量达到最大值的时期表现为下层早于中层,中层早于上层;不同大豆品种在不同施氮水平下籽粒可溶性糖含量均为高氮>中氮>低氮;不同密度处理下各大豆品种不同冠层籽粒可溶性糖含量均表现为上层>中层>下层。[结论]除品种本身具有高产的遗传特性外,高产大豆品种产量水平的表达还需要配以相应的肥水组合等栽培管理措施。[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the dynamics of soluble sugar content of soybean seed under different fertilization and density treatment.[Method] High production soybean variety Xindadou 1,Shidadou 1 and Heinong 40 were selected.And the soluble sugar content of soybean seed was measured with the treatment of A1(no nitrogen),A2(180 kg/hm^2 N),A3(360 kg/hm^2 N) and C1(150 000/hm^2 N),C2(300 000 /hm^2 N) by anthrone colorimetry.[Result]The soluble sugar content of different variety decreased after an initial increase.The time when the maximum value of the soluble sugar in the lower level achieved was earlier than that in the intermediate deck,and that of the intermediate deck was earlier than that of the upper formation.The soluble sugar content of different soybean variety under the nitrogen level showed high amount nitrogen treatment the middle amount nitrogen treatment the low amount nitrogen treatment.Under different density processing,seed soluble sugar content of different varieties showed upper formation intermediate deck lower level.[Conclusion] Expression of high production soybean variety not only has high-yielding varieties of its own genetic characteristics,but also need such as proper fertilization and watering cultivation and management measures.
