摘 要:[目的]探讨过氧化氢氧化对甲基苯甲醛制备对甲基苯甲酸的工艺条件。[方法]以30%过氧化氢为氧化剂,在碱性条件下氧化对甲基苯甲醛制备对甲基苯甲酸,采用正交试验探讨了对甲基苯甲酸的最佳合成工艺条件,并通过测定熔点、红外光谱表征了目标化合物。[结果]优化的合成条件为:物料摩尔比对甲基苯甲醛∶30%过氧化氢=1∶6,反应温度为40℃;氢氧化钾浓度为60%。该工艺条件下,对甲基苯甲酸产率达到91%以上;重复性试验结果显示,对甲基苯甲酸的平均收率达91.7%。[结论]为对甲基苯甲酸的工业化生产奠定了基础。[Objective] The aim was to explore oxidation conditions of p-methyl benzaldehyde to p-methylbenzoic acid by H2O2.[Method] Using hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant catalyze,p-methyl benzaldehyde was oxidized into p-methylbenzoic acid under the alkaline condition,and the operation conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.The product was determined by melting point and infrared spectrometry.[Result] The optimal operation conditions were as followed: the molar ratio of p-methyl benzaldehyde and 30% H2O2 was 1∶ 6;the reaction temperature was 40 ℃;and the concentration of KOH was 60%.Under the best reaction conditions,the yield of p-methylbenzoic acid reached more than 91%,and the reproducibility experiment result showed that the average yield of p-methylbenzoic acid reached 91.7%.[Conclusion] The research lays a foundation for the industrial production of p-methylbenzoic acid.
