摘 要:[目的]鉴定4个果桑品种对桑椹小粒型菌核病的田间抗性。[方法]采用田间自然发病法检测了四川生产上大面积栽植的4个果桑品种(无核大十、红果2号、红果1号和蜀椹1号)对桑椹小粒型菌核病的抗性差异。[结果]4个果桑品种间存在抗性差异,但未发现免疫和高抗品种,其中无核大十为感病品种,红果2号为中感品种,红果1号和蜀椹1号为中抗品种。[结论]为桑椹小粒型菌核病的抗性遗传研究奠定了基础。[Objective] The aim was to identify the field resistance of four mulberry varieties to mulberry sorosis disease.[Method] The resistance of four mulberry varieties that are extensively cultivated in Sichuan to mulberry sorosis disease were identified by the methods of natural infection in open field.[Result] There was obvious resistant difference among the four mulberry varieties,but the immune varieties and high resistance varieties were not found from them.Hongguo 1 and Shushen 1 were the middle resistance;Hongguo 2 was the middle sense;and Da 10 was the sense.[Conclusion] The research lays a basis for studies on the resistance inheritance of mulberry sorosis disease.
