摘　　要：奥巴马政府的巴基斯坦外交政策经历了两次调整,总的基调是增大对巴援助的同时向巴方施加更大的压力。美国对巴政策转趋强硬的主要原因来自于双方在反恐问题上存在诸多分歧,并引发了两国国内的不满情绪。尽管美巴关系目前陷入低谷,但由于双方的利益需要,两国的合作仍将继续。The keynote of Obama administration's foreign policy toward Pakistan is to provide more assistance while putting more pressure to force Pakistan into combating terrorist groups.The reason behind the hardening of U.S.policy toward Pakistan is their differences on anti-terror issue and the discontent feelings in both countries.Though U.S.-Pakistan ties has turned sour recently,the relations between them will remain cooperative as a result of national interests of both countries.
