摘　　要：人口老龄化是孟加拉国社会进步的象征,同时也对其社会经济发展产生了一系列影响。孟加拉国政府把老年人纳入社会弱势群体,在其发展进程中出台了不同层面的扶持政策和实施各种行动计划,使老年人的社会地位和福利待遇都有了一定的提高。虽然效果还不尽如人意,但老龄化问题已融入了孟加拉国发展的主流事务之中。Despite a symbol of social progress,aging of population in Bangladesh has exerted some impacts on its social and economic development as well.Bangladeshi government has enlisted senior citizens as vulnerable groups.Its supporting policies in different aspects and action plans for enhancing the social status and welfares of senior citizens have succeeded to a certain extent.Although the effectiveness of such measures is far from ideal,the issue of population aging has now been regarded as a major focus of development considerations in Bangladesh.
