摘　　要：目的了解广东东莞地区有上消化道症状人群幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染情况及流行病学特点。方法收集2009年至2010年两年间因上消化道症状就诊患者,行14 C-尿素呼气试验检查,并分析感染情况。结果有上消化道症状人群总感染率35.1%,男性33.8%,女性36.4%,男女之间及各年龄段HP感染率无显著性差异。结论随着生活水平及卫生保健意识的提高,东莞地区近两年HP感染率较以往报道呈下降趋势,且不同性别、年龄HP感染率无明显差异。Objective To investigate the Helicobacter pylori infection status of people with symptoms of upper digestive tract and its epidemiological feature in the region of Dongguan,Guangdong province.Methods Patients with symptoms of upper digestive tract from 2009 to 2010 were gathered in this study.H.pylori infection was assessed by 14C-urea breath test.Results The total rate of H.pylori infection was 35.1%.The male and female rate were 33.8% and 36.4% respectively.There was no significant difference among different sex and age.Conclusion Because of the improvement of people＇s living standard and health care consciousness,rate of H.pylori infection has been decreased in these two years compared with past report in Dongguan region.There is no significant difference among different sex and age.
