摘  要:目的 了解入境可再生废物原料及其对周围环境的病原微生物污染状况。国内对入境废物原料的微生物污染状况极少报道,本课题旨在此方面进行有益探索,为后续卫生监管及卫生处理提供基础数据。方法 采集入境废旧五金、废纸、进口原料站场空气中的微生物等样品,常规细菌及真菌检测。结果 进口原料站场空气中细菌和真菌总数数量较大,检出1种罕见条件致病菌及8种常见条件致病菌。结论 入境可再生废物原料中存在多种条件致病菌,建议对入境可再生废物原料的微生物污染进行长期监测,建议相关从业人员采取有效的生物安全防护措施。Objective To understand the pathogenic microbial contamination status of imported recyclable wasted materials and their surrounding environment. Considering domestic reports on this subject is quite limited, this study would benefit further exploration and offer essential data for health superintendence and subsequent sanification. Methods Sample wasted hardware, paper and microorganism in the air of the imported wasted materials stations. And bacteria and fungus were tested through regular methods. Results The totality of bacteria and fungus is high. One kind of uncommon conditioned pathogen and eight kinds of conditioned pathogens were found. Conclusion There are many kinds of conditioned pathogens existing in imported recyclable wasted materials. It is recommended that long - term monitoring measures should be taken on the microbial contamination of recyclable wasted materials and the related employees should take effective biological safety preventive measures.
