摘　　要：倡导绿色环保，清洁高效能源是当今时代的主题，越来越受到各国的广泛关注。本文介绍了薄膜太阳能电池在光伏产业中的重要地位，分别概述了非晶硅、多晶硅、碲化镉（CdTe）、铜甸镓硒（CIGS）、染料敏化、有机等薄膜太阳能电池的发展现状，展望薄膜太阳能电池的发展趋势和研究前景。Advocating environmentally friendly high - efficiency energy, as the theme of our times, has attracted ex- tensive attention worldwide. This paper describes the important role of thin film solar cell in photovoltaic industry, current state of a - Si, poly - Si, CdTe, CIGS, dyesensitized and organic thin film solar cells, and forecasts its development trend and research outlook.
