摘  要:以一缩二乙二醇、44,'-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、均苯四甲酸二酐为单体,采用聚酰亚胺预聚体法溶液聚合制备了聚氨酯酰亚胺(PUI)。讨论了预聚反应时间、扩链反应时间、催化剂、溶剂对PUI合成反应的影响,并通过FT-IR、DSC和TG等手段对产物的结构及热性能进行了表征。研究表明,当预聚反应时间为3 h、扩链反应时间为12 h、NMP为溶剂、水为催化剂时,聚合物可达较好的特性粘度;聚合物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为分别为53℃和189℃,50%(半寿命)的热失重温度为582℃,表明PUI具有与聚氨酯类似的微相分离特征和良好的热稳定性。Polyurethane-imide (PUI) was synthesized by polyimide (PI) prepolymer solution polymerization from DEG, MDI and PMDA. The effect of prepolymer reacter time, temperature, catalyst, and solvent on PUI syn- thesis reaction was investigated. The synthetic product structure and thermal propeties were characterized by infra- red spectrum(Fr-IR) , differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis(Tg). The research indicated the PUI characteristics viscosity was good when the prepolymer reaction time was 3 h, the chain propagation reaction time was 12 h, using NMP relvent and water catalysis. PUI exhibited microphase separation character- istic which was similar to the polyurethane and high thermal stability with the glass-transition temperature (Tg) was 53℃ and 189 ℃ respectively, 50% heat loss temperature was 582 ℃.
