摘 要:以聚乙二醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯为主原料,甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯为封端剂,22,-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,采用逐步聚合法合成了一种水性光敏聚氨酯超分散剂(WUVPU),研究了DMPA加入量、中和剂的类型、中和度及NCO/OH摩尔比等因素对反应的影响,并用红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱对产物结构进行了表征。结果表明,DMPA加入量为总质量分数的7%、NCO/OH摩尔比为1.0、三乙胺为中和剂、中和度为100%时,WUVPU的分散效果最佳。With gradually polymerization technique, waterborne photosensitive polyurethane hyperdispersant (WUVPU) was synthesized using polyethylene glycol, toluene diisocyanate as materials, β-hydroxyethyl methacry- late as blocking agent, 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid as hydrophilic chain extender and dibutyltion dilaurate as cat- alyst. The influence factors were studied, such as the amount of DMPA addition, type of neutralizers, the extent of neutralization and NCO/OH mole ratio and so on. The product structure was characterized by FF-IR and I H-NMR spectrum. The results showed that the appropriate reaction condition was as fallows: the amount of DMPA addition was 7%, NCO/OH mole ratio was 1.0, neutralizer was triethylamine, the extent of neutralization was 100%. Un- der this condition, the disperse effect of the WUVPU was optimum.
