热处理工艺对高磁导率软磁合金1J85交直流磁性能的影响

摘  要:在现行的软磁合金国标GBn198—1988中,仅对直流磁性能提出了要求,忽略了交流磁性能,导致1J85合金得不到充分的应用。本文通过试验,对比分析了热处理工艺参数对高磁导率软磁合金1J85的交、直流磁性能的影响规律。研究发现,对NbFe有序化影响最大的因素冷却拐点温度和冷却速度,对交、直流磁性能的影响规律是一致的;而退火温度对他们的影响却是相同反的。随着退火温度的升高,直流下初始磁导率升高,矫顽力降低,弹性磁导率μ′、阻抗磁导率μz随之降低,损耗P0.5/400增大。In GBn 198 -- 1988, the current national standards of soft magnetic alloys, it's only for the DC magnetic properties proposed requirements and ignore the AC magnetic properties, resulting in the 1J85 alloy can not fully apply. Through experiment, this paper compares and analyzes the influence law of heat treatment processes to the AC/DC magnetic properties of high magnetic permeability magnetic alloys 1J85, and find that the biggest factor on ordering of Ni3Fe is cooling speed and cooling inflection point temperature, the influence law is consistent for AC and DC magnetic properties, but the annealing temperature on their influence is the opposite. With the annealing temperature increases, initial permeability increases and coercive force is reduced. Elastic permeability μ′ and impedance permeability (μz) is reduced, and the loss P0.5/400 is increased.
