摘 要:研究黑铜泥酸性浸出的工艺条件,合适的工艺条件使Cu、As与Sb、Bi有效分离,最终实现Cu、As的综合回收.实验结果表明,最佳酸浸条件为:H2SO4浓度为1mol/L,温度80℃,液固比为10∶1,浸出时间为4h,空气流量为0.7m3/h,搅拌速度为400r/min.在最佳酸浸条件下,黑铜泥中Cu、As、Sb、Bi的浸出率分别为90.44%、88.49%、5.16%、2.57%.浸出液经浓缩结晶析出硫酸铜,结晶硫酸铜中含铜的质量分数为25.09%.结晶后溶液经SO2还原得到As2O3,As2O3的质量分数为95.97%.In order to separate Cu and As effectively from Sb and Bi and finally realize the Cu and As comprehensive recovery, the process conditions of acid leaching of black copper sludges were studied. The re- suits showed that the optimum conditions were as follows.concentration of Hz SO4 was 1 tool/L, tempera- ture-80℃, liquid-solid ratio-10 " 1, leaching time-4 h, flowing rate of air-0. 7 m3/h, rate of stirring-400 r/min. Under these optimal conditions, the leaching rate of Cu and As were up to 90. 44% ,88. 49% while that of Sb was 5. 16%, Bi was 2. 57%. Leaching solution was concentrated, crystallized and precipitated to get copper sulfate,the mass fraction of copper was 25.09% in crystal copper sulfate. Arsenic trioxide was prepared by reducing solution after crystallization of copper sulfate with sulfur dioxide, the mass fraction of arsenic trioxide being 95. 97%.
