摘 要:为了揭示介质阻挡放电产生等离子体过程中电参数的演化机制,进行基于COMSOL Multiphysics的等离子体放电系统仿真研究.利用一个空间二维大气压下氩等离子体模型对其中的主要粒子在不同脉冲情况下的变化规律进行研究,与物理事实吻合较好,具有很好的拓展价值和实用意义.In order to reveal the evolution mechanism development of electrical parameter during the plasma aerodynamic actuation in plasma generation process due to dielectric discharging barrage, the plasma discharging system was numerically simulated based on COMSOL Multiphysics. An Ar-plasma model in atmospherical environment of two-dimensional space was used to investigate the variation pattern of the main particle in the model under the action of different pulses, which was well accordant with physical facts. The investigation presented in this paper possesses a better developing and practical value.
