摘 要:"教授治学"源自"教授治校",同步发生于大学诞生。我国高校学术管理的"教授治学"包含了对教学、学科、学术活动以及学风的决策与规制。推进"教授治学",需要克服高等教育行政化,健全教授委员会机制。教授自身素质与相关政策法规不健全是影响"教授治学"实施的重要因素,故应着力于提高学术权力的行使质量,严格教授委员会成员的遴选标准和程序,健全"教授治学"的相关法律法规。Ever since the foundation of universities, "professors" academic governance" has stemmed from "professors-based university management". "Professors" academic governance" in China refers to their policy-making and regulation-making in terms of teaching, discipline, academic activities and learning style. To promote "professors" academic governance" calls for university's de-administration, perfects "Professorial Committee", and improves policies and rules. The quality of professors and the relative policies and regulations have seriously affected the implementation of "professors" academic governance", therefore, the implementary quality of academic power should be improved, the choosing norms and procedures on the members of professorial committee should be strengthened, and the relative laws and regulations on professors" academic governance should be perfected.
