摘  要:利用外部形态指标,对28份竹节草种质的外部形态进行初步评定,以明确竹节草种质的形态差异。结果表明:竹节草种内形态变异很大,其中,穗长变异系数最大,可高达80.80%,叶宽变异系数最小为12.36%,所有指标变异系数平均为39.41%且达到极显著差异(p<0.01);竹节草草层越高,生殖枝越高大;花序密度越高,生殖枝愈高且分支数越多,结实率越高;匍匐茎叶片越长,节间越细且越短,直立枝越小;在欧氏距离10.1处,竹节草种质被分为无花序型、花序密度和植株高度介于前后两者之间的中间型、植株高大且花序密度高类型。Sixteen indicators related to external morphology were assessed to make a preliminary assessment of morphological characteristic of 28 Chrysopogon aciculatus accessions from different geographical distributions. The results were as fellows: ①There was rich diversity in morphological index, green period, and turf quality of C. aeiculatus, the variant coefficient of 80.80% for ear length was the highest, the leaf width of 12.36% was the lowest, the average of all variation was 39.41%; ②The grass layers were higher and the reproductive branches were higher; the inflorescences were denser and the reproductive branches were higher, the same time the inflorescence branches were more and the number of seeds were more; the leaves of stolon were thinner and the upright branches were small, the same time the internodes of stolon were shorter and thinner. ③The accessions of C. aciculatus could be divided into 3 groups by means of UPGMA. The 1st group was no inflorescence; the 2nd group belonged to intermediate type; the 3rd group was high-density inflorescence and high plant. This study could provide a reference for the further utilization of C. aciculatus.
