橡胶紫茉莉地上部分脂溶性成分化学分析

摘　　要：采用石油醚萃取橡胶紫茉莉(Cryptostegia grandiflora R.Brown)地上部分(茎秆、叶片、花瓣、果实)中的脂溶性成分,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行鉴定,峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。共检测出52种化合物,鉴定出其中44种。结果显示,橡胶紫茉莉地上部分脂溶性化学成分以萜类以及烷烃类化合物为主。The liposoluble components were extracted from the above parts （stems, leaves, flowers and fruits） of Cryptostegia grandiflora R. Brown by petroleum ether. The chemical constituents of the liposoluble components were analyzed by GC-MS. Their relative contents were determined by peak area normalization method. There were 52 chromatographic peaks were separated and 44 compounds were identified. The results showed that the main chemical components of the liposoluble components were Terpenoids and Alkanes.
