摘  要:分析加入WTO之后市场需求变化对中国花生产业的挑战;结合产量性状、品质特征以及抗性类型等要素综述花生育种的产业需求与方向选择,同时简要介绍近年来中国花生新品种的选育以及花生高产优质高抗的机理和遗传研究进展,重点阐述DNA分子标记技术在花生遗传多样性和品种鉴定、分子标记辅助育种方面的应用成效,集中讨论DNA分子标记技术在花生育种中的可鉴经验与应用前景。In this paper the challenge to peanut industry of China caused by the change of market demand after China entering WTO was analyzed, the demand and orientation of China peanut breeding was summarized based on the yield, quality and resistance. In the same tine, the advance on the breeding of new peanut cuhivars, the peanut principle of high-yielding, good-quality and strong resistance and genetic study in recent years were introduced briefly in this paper, and the application of molecular marker technology on peanut genetic diversity and identification of variety, molecular assistance marker were mainly summarized, and the valuable experience and the foreground of DNA molecular madder technology using on peanut breeding was discussed intensively.
