摘　　要：化学疗法治疗恶性肿瘤常因耐药性使其疗效受到很大限制。抗血管生成治疗的作用靶点为肿瘤内皮细胞,因而很少产生甚至不产生耐药性。文中主要综述目前已开发的几类主要血管生成抑制剂的化学结构、作用机制、抗肿瘤活性及临床应用。In the treatment of tumor,acquired drug resistance is a major problem in chemotherapy.Antiangiogenic therapy directed tumour＇s endothelial cells should,in principle,induce little or no drug resistance.This review summarized the structures,mechanism of action,anti-tumor activity and clinical application of several major classes of tumor angiogenesis inhibitors.
