摘  要:目的:研究新型光敏剂五聚赖氨酸2-羰基酞菁锌对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的体外杀灭作用。方法:五聚赖氨酸2-羰基酞菁锌与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌混合培养2 h后,洗去没有被吸收的药物,然后用激光照射,分别用涂板计数法分析不同药物浓度和不同激光照射时间下新型光敏剂对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的杀灭作用。结果:新型光敏剂五聚赖氨酸2-羰基酞菁锌在浓度为0.5μmol.L-1以上、光照强度为1.2J.cm-2时具有良好的杀菌效果I,C50和IC90分别为0.36和0.50μmol.L-1。结论:新型光敏剂五聚赖氨酸2-羰基酞菁锌对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌有良好体外杀灭作用,是一种有前途的光敏抗菌药物。Objective: To investigate the bactericidal effect of the photosensitizer pentalysine 2-carbonylphthalocyanine zinc(ZnPC-PL) on multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumanni in vitro.Methods: The multi-drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were co-cultured with ZnPC-PL for 2 h,thereafter the unabsorbed ZnPC-PL was washed out.Then the cultures were radiated by laser for various durations.The bactericidal effect was evaluated by colony-counting method.Results: The maximal effect was achieved at ZnPC-PL concentrations above 0.5 μmol·L-1 and the laer radiation intensity of 1.2 J·cm-2.The IC50 of ZnPC-PL was 0.36 μmol·L-1 and the IC90 was 0.50 μmol·L-1.Conclusion: The new photosensitizer ZnPC-PL has antimicrobial effect on multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in vitro;it may be a promising drug for photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy.
