摘　　要：文章分析了车辙试件空隙率、制作温度对沥青混合料车辙试验结果的影响,提出以马歇尔试件空隙率为车辙试件成型空隙率控制标准,通过试压法确定车辙试件合理的碾压次数,以沥青混合料施工压实温度为试件的碾压成型温度等多项车辙试件制作时需要注意的事项。This paper analysed the influence of the temperature and air void of rut test block on the rutting-experi- ment results, and put forward the control standard of the relationship between the air void of marshal piece and rut test block. Through testing pressure method, reasonable rolling number of rut test block, and many other precautions for rut test block production process were determined, for example, production process construction temperature should be the same as construction temperature.
