摘 要:目的探讨溴酸盐的体外低剂量下的适应性效应。方法以人脐血淋巴细胞为实验材料,用0.1 mM溴酸钾做预处理与不做预处理,再毒性浓度处理24 h,两组比较观察微核率的变化。结果预处理组较未预处理组的淋巴细胞微核率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经低浓度溴酸钾预处理的脐血淋巴细胞对毒性剂量处理存在一定的适应性,认为溴酸钾在体外条件下可能存在适应性反应。Objective To investigate the adaptive response of bromate in vitro. Methods Human fetal cord blood lymphocytes as experimental material, one group had 0.1raM potassium bromate for pretreatment, another group without pretreatment. Then both groups were treated with toxicity concentration for 24 hours, and the change of micronucleus in the two groups was observed. Results The micronucleus formation of cord blood lymphocyte in the pretreatment group was lower than that of the non-pretreatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Cord blood lymphoeytes, pretreated with low concentration of potassium bromate, may gain certain adaptability, it is consid- ered that potassium hromate may have adaptive response in vitro, here is a certain flexibility of cord blood lymphocytes with low concentration of potassium bromate pretreatment, and potassium bromate may exist adaptive response in vitro.
