摘　　要：电子商务时代,林业产业需要大批适应时代的产业信息化管理人才、技术人才和复合型市场人才,当前林业产业人才队伍存在诸多问题,产业人才建设面临着新的机遇与挑战。Currently facing the challenges together with the opportunities,there are many problems existing in forestry industry personnel.In the age of E-Commerce,a large number of talented person of management,technical and marking urgently needed by forestry industry,to meet the rapid development of forestry in China.
