摘　　要：目的研制一种重大活动现场卫生保障专用的便携式检测箱组,提高重大活动保障工作规范化水平。方法总结多年工作经验,从实际工作流程需要出发,通过风险评估,得出现场需要检测的项目和工作内容,筛选项目方法,进行组合配套,并研发配套的专用计算机管理软件。结果与结论研制的重大活动保障专用卫生监督箱满足工作人员执行相应卫生监督监测任务时对携行装备的全部需要,配套的专用管理系统可协助完成现场保障工作标准化业务流程。本研究对弥补重大活动卫生防病保障适用装备欠缺、规范卫生监督工作程序、提高卫生监督工作人员办公效率、提升军队卫生保障工作水平具有明显意义。Objective To develop a specifically portable toolbox set that can be used in on-site testing by health supervisors during major events in order to improve the standards and levels of hygienic security protection for major events.Methods Based on many years of firsthand experience,actual workflow needs and risk assessments,a list of the requisite items to be checked was collected.Then the methods for assaying these items were selected and combined while field work management computer software was developed.Results and Conclusion The hygienic security toolbox for major events provides all the essential equipment for the staff engaged in most typical major events.The bundled computer software can guide the staff to complete on-site supervision and surveillance in a standardized way.This toolbox is highly suitable for many major events by helping to standardize the procedures of supervision and surveillance during major events and by improving the work efficiency of the staff in charge of health supervision.
