丽江主产烟区大田期气象条件与烟叶化学成分关系的初步研究

摘　　要：为了进一步揭示气象要素与烤烟品质之间的关系,通过相关分析法对丽江主产烟区的烟叶化学成分与大田生长期逐月的气象条件之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:(1)丽江主产烟区C3F等级烤烟的烟气总体平衡性较好,烟叶燃烧性好,但香味略显不足;(2)主产烟区大田期的气象条件适宜优质烟叶的生长;(3)丽江主产烟区气温条件对烟叶化学成分的影响不显著,部分时段的降水量与烟叶的烟碱、总糖、糖碱比、淀粉、钾氯比、钾含量相关性较显著,日照条件与烟叶的烟碱、糖碱比和钾含量相关性好,部分时段相关系数达到显著相关(P<0.05)。In order to further disclose the relationship between meteorological factors and tobacco chemical constituents, the relationship between tobacco chemical constituents and monthly meteorological conditions on the growth stage in fields on the main tobacco-growing areas in Lijiang was analyzed. The result showed that the total gas balance of C3F grade tobacco leaf on the main tobacco-growing areas in Lijiang and the burning quality of tobacco leaf were good, but the fragrance was a little insufficient. Meteorological conditions on the growing stage in fields were suitable for high quality tobacco leaf growing on the main tobacco-growing areas in Lijiang. Effect of the temple condition on tobaccochemical constituents was not significant. Precipitation in some period had obviously relationships with tobacco chemical constituents such as nicotine, total sugar, sugar/nicotine, starch, K/Cl, and K. Sunshine condition had high relativity with tobacco chemical constituents such as nicotine, sugar/nicotine sugar/nicotina and K, especially in some period, the correlation significantly at level of 0. 05.
