摘  要:为了合理利用烟叶资源,对丽江4县1区37个取样点的347份烤烟烟叶样品进行常规化学成分分析。结果表明:(1)丽江地区烤烟的总糖、还原糖含量偏高,其含量最高的古城分别为34.39%,27.70%,含量最低的华坪分别为27.07%,19.33%;钾的含量普遍偏低,其含量最高的古城为1.88%,含量最低的华坪为1.26%。随叶位的上升总糖、还原糖含量先增加后降低,烟碱和总氮含量逐渐增加,钾含量逐渐降低。(2)不同叶位,含碳化合物与含氮化合物极显著负相关(P<0.01);钾含量与含碳化合物、含氮化合物相关性不显著(P>0.05)。不同地区,含碳化合物与含氮化合物的相关性,宁蒗和古城相关性不显著(P>0.05),其余地区负相关(P<0.05);钾与含碳化合物的相关性,玉龙和古城相关性不显著(P>0.05),其余地区极显著负相关(P<0.01);钾与含氮化合物的相关性,宁蒗相关性不显著(P>0.05),其余地区极显著负相关(P<0.01)。(3)丽江各县区分可为3类,即Ⅰ类古城,其总糖、还原糖、烟碱、钾和总氮等化学成分含量分别为34.39%,27.70%,2.06%,1.88%,1.44%;Ⅱ类玉龙、宁蒗和永胜,其化学成分含量分别29.11%,22.35%,3.04%,1.55%,1.74%;Ⅲ类华坪,其化学成分含量分别为27.07%,19.33%,3.47%,1.87%,2.10%。In order to reasonably make use of tobacco recourses, a routine chemical composition analysis of 347 flue-cured tobacco samples h'om 37 sampling points in Lijiang area was conducted. The results showed that : ( 1 ) the content of total sugar and the content of reducing sugar in Lijiang area was much higher with the highest ratio of 34.39% and 27.70% in Gucheng and the lowest ratio of 27.07% and 19.33% in Huaping. The content of potassium was averagely lower with the highest ratio of 1.88% in Gucheng and the lowest ratio of 1.26% in Huaping. With the raise of leaf position, the content of total sugar and reducing sugar firstly increased and then decreased, the content of nicotine and the total nitrogen content gradually increased and the content of potassium gradually reduced. (2)In different leaf positions, there was a very significant negative correlation between carbon compounds and nitrogen compounds. The correlation between the potassium content and the carbon compounds as well as the nitrogen compounds was not remarkable. In different areas of Lijiang, The correlation between the carbon compounds and the nitrogen compounds in Ninglang and Gucheng areas was not remarkable, which in other areas was a negative correlation. There was not a very significant correlation between the content of potassium and the carbon compounds in Yulong and Gucheng, but which there was a very significant negative correlation in other areas. The correlation between the potassium content and the nitrogen compounds in Ninglang was not remarkable, but which was a very significant negative correlation in other areas. (3) Lijiang area was classified into three categories. Ⅰ contained Gucheng. The chemical compositions in the total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, potassium and total nitrogen here were respectively 34.39%, 27.70%, 2. 06%, 1.88% and 1.44%. Ⅱ contained Yu Long, Ninglang and Yongsheng. The chemical compositions were respectively 29. 11%, 22.35%, 3.04%, 1.55% and 1.74%. Ⅲ included Huaping. The chemical
