摘　　要：钙网蛋白(calreticulin,CRT)是内质网钙离子结合伴侣蛋白,参与多种生物学功能,包括细胞迁移、分泌、线粒体代谢、蛋白质折叠、基因表达调节和细胞凋亡等。近来研究表明钙网蛋白在介导免疫原性的细胞凋亡中起重要作用。对钙网蛋白上述功能的深入研究,有助于探索新的肿瘤免疫治疗途径。Calreticulin （CRT） is a calcium-binding chaperone protein in endoplasmic reticulum. CRT is associated with diverse functions such as cell motility, secretion, mitochondrial metabolism, folding of proteins, regulation of gene expression and apoptosis. Recent studies have discovered that calreticulin plays an important role in immunogenic cell apoptosis. The in-depth research for the functions of calreticulin may be help explore new ways for tumor immunotherapy.
