经前三剂止痛方治疗痛经活性部位的筛选

摘　　要：[目的]研究经前三剂止痛方(JQF)不同提取方法对小鼠、大鼠实验性痛经模型的治疗作用,为其作用机制研究提供依据。[方法]采用对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,热刺激所致小鼠疼痛实验,痛经模型小鼠扭体反应实验和大鼠离体子宫实验的方法筛选JQF的活性部位。[结果]JQF-A-N-30、JQF-A-E和JQF相似均有抗炎镇痛和明显抑制子宫平滑肌收缩的作用。[结论]JQF-A-N-30和JQF-A-E是经前三剂止痛方的活性部位,对子宫的收缩具有明显的缓解作用,同时具有良好的镇痛、抗炎作用,有可能开发为新型痛经治疗药物。[Objective] To explore the therapeutic effect of different extracts of three prescriptions for odynolysis before menstruation （JQF） in rats or mice with experimental dysmenorrhea and provide the basis for its mechanism study. [Methods] The active ingredients of JQF were screened with auricula swelling experiment induced by xylene in mice, experiment of heat-induced pain in mice, body-distortion reaction in mice with dysmenorrhea and isolated uterus in rats. [Results] Ingredients of JQF-A-N-30, JQF-A-E from JQF possessed the similar anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect with JQF. They could also inhibit the contraction of uterus smooth muscle. [Conclusion] JQF-A-N-30 and JQF-A-E are the active ingredients of JQF. It has obvious relief effect on the contraction of uterus. Simultaneously, it also has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect and may be a new promising drug for treating dysmenorrhea.
