颅脑手术病人不同麻醉深度监测方法的比较分析

摘  要:目的分析颅脑手术病人不同麻醉深度监测方法的效果及安全性。方法选取我院行脑颅手术患者30例,随机分为3组,监测3组病人的术中呼吸频率(RR),平均动脉压(MAP),心率(HR),血氧饱和度(SPO2)值;记录各组药物的用量、手术完毕苏醒时间、拔管时间,以及术中知晓率。结果 BIS组及NT组的RR、MAP、HR、SPO2与对照组的数值相比,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05),且患者用药量明显比对照组减少(P<0.05);术后苏醒时间相比明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颅脑手术以BIS为反馈值调控麻醉药,或采用NT麻醉深度检测仪给予麻醉药都能明显减少丙泊酚用量,有利于病人术后快速苏醒,准确判断病情的变化。Objective To analyze the brain surgery patients’s effect and safety of different anesthesia depth monitoring methods.Methods Selected in our hospital 30 patients with cranial surgery,were randomly divided into three groups.monitoringthree groups patients’s respiratory rate (RR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SPO2) value;record the drugs amount in each group,complete surgical recovery time,extubation time,and intraoperative awareness rate.Results Compared the BIS and NT groups’RR,MAP,HR,SpO2 values with control group,the differences were significant(P0.05),and the dosage compared to the control group was significantly reduced(P0.05);After surgery the recovery time was significantly less than the control group compared(P0.05).Conclusion In brain surgery,drug useage depend onBIS values,or use NT anesthesia depth detector give drug can significantly reduce the anesthetic propofol dosage,help patients quickly regained consciousness after surgery,accurately determine the diseas changes.
