摘　　要：目的探讨交锁髓内钉固定术后骨折延迟愈合原因以及处理方法。方法通过对行交锁髓内钉手术后发生骨折延迟愈合(或不愈合)的13例病例的原因分析,得出其共性及个性特征,以指导临床处理。结果经过积极的处理,大多数髓内钉术后发生骨折延迟愈合(或不愈合)患者可以获得比较满意的效果。结论只有充分认识交锁髓内钉的生物力学性能,正确地选择交锁髓内钉固定方式,才能趋利避害,从而获得满意的治疗效果。Objective To discuss the causes and treatments of delayed fracture healing with interlocking intramedullary nail.Methods Through analyzing the 13 cases of the patients who had been delayed bone union（or non-union） with interlocking intramedullary nail,we obtained the common and characteristic causes of them for clinical treatment.Results By active treatment,most of the patients who had been postoperative delayed bone union（or non-union） with interlocking intramedullary nail,have been well-healed.Conclusions Only by fully understanding the biomechanical properties of interlocking intramedullary nail,and correctly selecting fixation methods can we tend towards the benefit and avoid the harm,and then get the satisfactory effect.
