摘　　要：目的探讨足底内侧带血管神经蒂岛状皮瓣修复足跟部皮肤、软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法自2007年8月至2010年12月,应用足底内侧带血管神经蒂岛状皮瓣修复足跟部皮肤软组织缺损、跟腱和(或)跟骨外露13例,皮瓣面积4cmX3cm～9cmX5cm。结果皮瓣全部成活,术后随访3～18个月,皮瓣外形满意,感觉良好,弹性好,耐磨,未出现皮瓣坏死及皮瓣摩擦破损。结论应用足底内侧带血管神经蒂岛状皮瓣修复足跟部皮肤软组织缺损,具有外形美观、功能良好和较好感觉等优点,是修复足跟部皮肤软组织缺损的良好方法之一。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of medial plantar flap with neurovascular pedicle in repairing heel skin defects.Methods A total of 13 cases of heel skin defects were repaired with medial plantar flap from August 2007 to december 2010,the area of soft tissue defects ranged from 4cm×3cm to 9cm×5cm.Results The flap of 13 cases surrived well.The follow-up time ofter operation was from 3 to 18 months.The appearance of flap was good and it could rebuild the calcaneal sense.The patients walked well,without any abrasion or ulcer.Conclusions The thenar tissue of non weight-bearing area could be applied to repair the soft tissue defects of weight-bearing area,not only with beautiful appearance and farorable function,but also with preferable feelings,The plantar medial flap with neurovasular pedicle is one of the ideal methods to repair the soft tissue defects of heel skin.
