摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定泌尿宁颗粒中甘草次酸含量的方法,以控制泌尿宁颗粒的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(42∶57∶1v/v/v)。流速为lml/min。检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温。结果甘草次酸在0.996~2.998μg/mL范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5),平均加样回收率为97.9%,RSD为1.30%(n=6)。结论本法简便,准确度和精密度好,可用于泌尿宁颗粒中甘草次酸的含量测定。Objective To establish the determination method of glycyrrhetinic acid in Miniaoning granules by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used.A Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) column was used with a mobile phase of Methanol-water-Acetic acid(42∶57∶1 v/v/v),and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min;The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the column temperature was room temperature.Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.996~2.998 μg/mL for glycyrrhetinic acid and correlation coefficient was r=0.9999(n=5).The average recovery(n=6) of glycyrrhetinic acid was 97.9%.Conclusions The method is convenient,selective and reproducible for determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in Miniaoning granules.
