摘　　要：目的细化医院病房临床使用胰岛素药物的环节管理。方法对临床使用胰岛素进行风险评估,针对评估出的风险,制定了操作流程、规范了放置、加强人员培训、医护沟通、一次性物品一次使用等措施进行环节控制。结果实施10个月后再次进行调查,其危险因素大大降低,未发生一例有关胰岛素的差错。结论规范各病房临床能正确规范使用胰岛素。Objective To detail the procedure management of insulin in clinical use.Methods Firstly,we evaluated the risks.According to these risks,measures of management were undertaken,such as establishing operation procedures,applying normalized storage,enhancing personal training,communicating between doctor and nurse and using of disposable things. Results The risk was reduced by the ten months use of principle.No case of mistake was observed. Conclusions Clinical use of insulin could be in a correct and normalized way.
