摘  要:目的:研究甘露醇、葡萄糖与硼酸的配位比。方法:测定酸、碱条件下,甘露醇-硼酸溶液与葡萄糖-硼酸溶液的电导率。结果:甘露醇-硼酸在酸性至弱碱性条件下的配位比为2∶1,强碱性条件下为1∶1。结论:葡萄糖-硼酸的配位比则与溶液性质无关,恒为1∶1。Objective: To study the complex ratios of mannitol,boron acid and glucose.Methods: The conductivity of mannitol-boron acid and glucose solutions was detected under the acid and base condition.Results: The results showed the complex ratio of mannitol and boron acid is 2∶1 under the acid and weak alkaline condition,and 1∶1 under the alkaline condition.Conclusion: The complex ratio of glucose-boron acid has no relationship with pH of solution which is maintained at 1∶1.
