温针灸配合超短波治疗膝骨关节炎50例疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察温针灸配合超短波治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]将100例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例,治疗组采用温针灸配合超短波治疗,对照组采用电针治疗,分别治疗2个疗程后,比较两组临床疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.1%,对照组总有效率为77.3%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]温针灸配合超短波治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave on knee osteoarthritis. [Methods] One hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （50 patients, 78 knees） were treated by ultrashort wave combined with warm acupuncture; control group （50 patients, 75 knees） were treated by electro-acupuncture. The clinical curative effect of two groups after 2 courses of treatment was compared. [Results] The total effective rate was 96.1% in the treatment group, and was 77.3% in the control group. Compared with control group, it was obviously better in the total effective rate in treatment group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave is significant.
