三种不同剂型大黄对大鼠泻下作用的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察大黄超微粉剂、配方颗粒剂及传统饮片对大鼠致泻作用的影响。[方法]Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为4组(n=10)。通过给大鼠灌胃3种不同剂型的大黄煎液每日4 g/kg,正常对照组每日灌胃生理盐水,观察大鼠每日大便总量,稀便量,计算稀便级及腹泻指数,连续观察5 d,同时检测大鼠血常规及电解质。[结果]同等剂量的3种不同制剂大黄对大鼠泻下作用的影响存在差异,大黄超微粉组泻下效果明显高于传统饮片组,而经过高温煎煮的配方颗粒泻下效果最差。[结论]不同剂型大黄泻下作用不同。[Objective] To study the effect of three different preparations of rhubarb on the purgative activity in rats. [Methods] The Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups （n=lO in each group）： normal group, superfine power group, granules group and traditional decoction pieces group. The rats were given with different preparations juice at a dose of 4 g/kg respectively by garage daily, normal group was given with saline. The total excrements and the quantity of stools were observed, the level of stools and diarrhea index was calculated, and blood routine test and electrolytes were tested at last. [Results] There was difference in purgative activities among rats treated with three different preparations of rhubarb with equal doses. There was significant difference in purgative activities between the superfine power group and the traditional decoction pieces group. The effect of purgative activity of granules group was the worst. [Conclusion] The purgative activities induced by different preparations of rhubarb are different.
