摘　　要：欧洲化是欧洲一体化研究中的一个重要的研究方法。一般的欧洲化研究采取自上而下的研究路径。由于外交、安全、防务这些高级政治领域的欧洲化是在一体化尚未实现的情况下发生和进行的,单向的欧洲化研究方法不能全面地揭示欧洲化进程中成员国与一体化之间的关系。本文在继承鲁本.王、尤其是伊宏戴乐的双向欧洲化研究方法的合理内核的基础上,提出"欧洲化的双向运动"这一新的研究框架,通过"欧洲化双向运动"的互动性、不对称性、历史性和开放性来系统研究欧洲化进程中成员国与一体化之间的互动关系。Europeanization is one of the methods commonly employed in European integration studies,which usually adopts an 'up to down' approach.However,this one-way approach is incapable of providing a full picture of the interactiveness between the member states and the European integration within the process of Europeanization,especially in the fields of foreign,security and defense policies,where this process has taken place as 'Europeanization without European Union'.Founded on the method of two-way Europeanization by Reuben Wong and Bastien Irondelle and by proposing a new research framework as 'Two-way Dynamics of Europeanization',this paper attempts to systematically explore the interactiveness between the member states and European integration within the process of Europeanization.
