国内低俗电视节目监管及对策研究

摘　　要：对目前国内低俗电视节目的监管现状进行了研究,认为国内对低俗电视节目的监管主要是通过法律监管、机构监管和行业监管三个方面来进行的,其中机构监管效果最明显,法律监管和行业监管不够到位。最后对如何加强对低俗电视节目的监管进行了探讨。This paper studies the supervision of present domestic vulgar television programs and discovers that this supervision has been mainly executed through three channels： legal regulation, regulatory agencies and professional supervision, with regulatory agencies being the most effective and legal supervision and professional regulation being insufficient. Finally, the paper discusses how to strengthen the supervision of vulgar television programs.
