摘  要:目的观察大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病模型的血供情况。方法雌性Wistar大鼠30只,造影前经B超筛查病灶。对每只大鼠在分别行选择性肝动脉及门静脉DSA。结果病理检查证实30只大鼠共48个肝泡状棘球蚴病灶,B超共筛查出43个;门静脉造影显示33个,肝动脉造影显示26个病灶。门静脉参与直径≤3mm病灶的供血,直径4~8mm的病灶有门静脉及肝动脉双重供血,直径>8mm病灶主要为肝动脉供血。结论大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病存在门静脉和(或)肝动脉双重血供,供血与病灶直径大小有关。Objective To observe the blood supply in rat's hepatic echinococcos multilocularis by digital subtraction angi- ography of portal vein and hepatic artery. Methods B-type ultrasound was used to screen lesions in 30 female Wistar rats. Each rat was examined with selective angiography of hepatic artery and portal vein. Results Pathology revealed 48 lesions in 30 rats, while B ultrasound detected 43 lesions, angiography of portal vein and hepatic artery displayed 33 and 26 lesions, respectively. The lesions with diameter 43 mm were supplied by portal vein. The lesions with diameter of 4--8 mm were fed by both portal vein and hepatic artery, and lesions with diameter 〉8 mm were supplied by hepatic artery. Conclu- sion Blood supply of rat's echinococcos multilocularis is from portal vein and/or hepatic artery, being highly correlated with lesions diameter.
