摘 要:以负载型A/MCM-41为催化剂,对乙酸和丙烯反应合成乙酸异丙脂进行了优化研究。考察了催化剂的活化温度和活化时间、反应温度、反应压力、丙烯与乙酸摩尔比、空速、催化剂使用次数等条件对反应的影响,并确定了最佳的工艺条件:催化剂的最佳活化温度为180℃,活化时间3 h,反应温度为160℃,反应压力为0.6Mpa,丙烯与乙酸摩尔比4∶1,空速为1 h-1,催化剂A(50%)/MCM-41具有较稳定的活性和较好的选择性。The esterification of isopropyl acetate was studied and optimized by using A/MCM-41 as catalyst. The activation temperature of catalysts, pace velocity, mole ratio of propylene to acetic acid, the reaction temperature and the pressure of the reaction were all examined and studied, which involved in times in using catalyst and other reaction influences. The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined as follows: activation temperature of catalysts being 180 ℃ activation time being 3 h, the reaction temperature being 160 ℃ the pressure oftbe reaction being 0.tMpa, mole ratio ofpropylene to acetic acid being 4 : 1, catalyst A(50%)/A/MCM-41 exhibits a stability activity and higher selectivity.
