摘  要:脉冲激光测距机为了抑制近距离大气后向散射的干扰,采用时间程序增益(TPG)控制电路,使测距机接收系统的增益随目标距离即回波时间变化。相对增益就是不同距离上的增益与最大增益的比值,其对运动小目标测距的影响十分明显,合理控制增益曲线是测距机设计中需要考虑的重要因素。相对增益曲线测量是由光电转换、距离设置、模拟回波激光器和准确标定的连续可调衰减片等部件构成的模拟测距回路实现的。在设置的每个目标距离上,调整衰减片使测距机达到临界测距状态,再用与回波距离对应的衰减值序列计算并拟合出相对增益曲线。对多台测距机的实际测试结果表明,该方法是在整机状态下用接近实际测距的方式测量相对增益曲线的科学可行的方法。In the pulse laser rangefinders,time program gain(TPG) circuits were used to make the gain of receiving system varying with the distance of target or the time of laser echo,which can avoid the disturbance of the laser signal from atmospheric backward scattering.The relative gain is the value of the gain on different target range divided by the maximum gain,which can affect the distance measurement of small moving target seriously.So the control of gain is a key point in design of pulse laser rangefinder and the method for relative gain measuring is a barrier to test the pulse laser rangefinder performance.A relative gain measurement equipment was designed and manufactured.The relative gain could be measured with a simulated ranging loop in this equipment.The equipment consisted of four main parts such as photoelectric conversion,distance setting,echo simulating laser and continuous adjustable attenuator.Rangefinder could reach a critical state by adjusting the attenuator on all simulating distances and each attenuation value matched a distance of simulating target.By analyzing the relation between the gain and minimum receiving energy for rangefinder′s critical state,the equation of attenuation value and relative gain was created.The relative gain curve was built through fitting the computed attenuation values for all the echo distance.The measurement results of three rangefinders show that this method can provide the relative gain curve without disassembling the laser rangefinders,which proves the feasibility of this method.
