摘 要:掺Tm3+石英光纤将光纤激光器的输出调谐范围扩展到1 780~2 050 nm。掺Tm3+光纤激光器在医学、生物学、遥感、超快光学等方面被广泛应用。但是,近年来对掺Tm3+石英光纤的研制的报道较少。利用液相掺杂工艺在MCVD车床上研制了具有强光敏性的双包层石英基掺Tm3+光敏光纤。在这种光纤上写入均匀Bragg光纤光栅,由反射率为90%的光纤光栅和光纤端面反馈构成线形光学谐振腔。在工作波长为793 nm的泵浦光抽运下,获得波长为1 946.989 3 nm、谱线宽度为59.5 pm、功率为2.10 W的激光输出。Tm^3+-doped silica fibers extend the attainable wave-length of fiber lasers to the range of 1 780-2 050 nm.As a result,Tm^3+-doped fiber laser has wide application prospect in the field of medical,biology,remote sensing and ultra fast optics.But the reports about research and fabrication of Tm^3+-doped silica fibers were fewer.Tm^3+-doped double clad silica fiber with strong photosensitivity was manufactured by the modified chemical vapor deposition(MCVD) method and the traditional liquid doping technique.The uniform fiber Bragg grating with reflectivity of 90% was written in the fiber by UV light.A linear optical cavity was constructed by the fiber Bragg grating with reflectivity of 90% and the end face of the Tm^3+-doped photosensitive fiber.As the Tm^3+-doped silica fiber was pumped by the pump light with wavelength of 793 nm,the laser output with wavelengh of 1 946.989 3 nm,line width of 59.5 pm and power of 2.10 W were obtained.
